Am 27. August 2024 hat der Vorstand der Bijou Brigitte modische Accessoires AG mit Zustimmung des Aufsichtsrats beschlossen, ein Aktienrückkaufprogramm zu beginnen und macht damit von der Ermächtigung zum Erwerb eigener Aktien der Hauptversammlung vom 27. Juni 2024 Gebrauch.

Bijou Brigitte modische Accessoires AG beschließt Aktienrückkaufprogramm

Hamburg, 27.08.2024 – Der Vorstand der Bijou Brigitte modische Accessoires AG hat heute mit Zustimmung des Aufsichtsrats vom selben Tag ein Aktienrückkaufprogramm beschlossen. Hiernach sollen im Zeitraum vom 28.08.2024 bis zum 15.06.2025 eigene Aktien der Bijou Brigitte modische Accessoires AG (ISIN DE0005229504) zu einem Gesamtkaufpreis (ohne Erwerbsnebenkosten) von bis zu 15.000.000,00 EUR über die Börse erworben werden.


Damit macht der Vorstand von der Ermächtigung der Hauptversammlung vom 27.06.2024 Gebrauch, wonach der Vorstand bis zum 26.06.2029 mit Zustimmung des Aufsichtsrats eigene Aktien im Umfang von bis zu 10 % des bestehenden Grundkapitals der Bijou Brigitte modische Accessoires AG erwerben darf.

Der Aktienrückkauf soll entsprechend den Safe-Harbour-Regelungen des Art. 5 der Verordnung (EU) Nr. 596/2014 vom 16. April 2014 (Marktmissbrauchsverordnung) in Verbindung mit den Bestimmungen der Delegierten Verordnung (EU) 2016/1052 der Kommission vom 8. März 2016 erfolgen. Die Aktien dürfen jedoch zu allen im Ermächtigungsbeschluss der Hauptversammlung vom 27.06.2024 vorgesehenen Zwecken verwendet werden.
