Hamburg, 27 March 2025 – According to preliminary and still unaudited figures, the Bijou Brigitte Group generated profit before income taxes in the 2024 financial year of EUR 33.5 million (previous year: EUR 36.0 million). Earnings were therefore within the forecasted range of between EUR 32.0 million and EUR 42.0 million. Despite a positive development in sales (EUR 333.9 million, +1.8%), it was not possible to match the Group earnings of the previous year due to a significant increase in costs. Nevertheless, net profit after taxes for the 2024 financial year of EUR 23.6 million is almost at the same level of the previous year.
The Management Board and Supervisory Board of Bijou Brigitte modische Accessoires AG will propose to the Annual General Meeting on 24 June 2025 – subject to verification of the Group’s earnings by the auditors – that a dividend of EUR 3.50 per no-par value share be paid for the 2024 financial year. Based on the closing price (Xetra) of EUR 34.15 at the end of 2024, this would correspond to a dividend yield of 10.2%.
The consolidated and annual financial statements of Bijou Brigitte modische Accessoires AG for the 2024 financial year will be published in April 2025. The Annual General Meeting is planned for 24 June 2025 and will be held as a physical meeting.
Aufsichtsrat und Vorstand der Bijou Brigitte modische Accessoires AG werden – unter dem Vorbehalt der Verifizierung des Konzernergebnisses durch die Wirtschaftsprüfer – der Hauptversammlung am 24. Juni 2025 vorschlagen, für das Geschäftsjahr 2024 eine Dividende von 3,50 EUR je Stückaktie zu beschließen. Auf Basis des Jahresschlusskurses 2024 (Xetra) von 34,15 EUR entspräche dies einer Dividendenrendite von 10,2 %.
Der Konzernabschluss und der Jahresabschluss der Bijou Brigitte modische Accessoires AG für das Geschäftsjahr 2024 werden im April 2025 veröffentlicht. Die Hauptversammlung ist für den 24. Juni 2025 als Präsenzveranstaltung in der Hamburger Handwerkskammer geplant.
