Bijou Brigitte develops two jewellery collections per year in accordance with the seasonal changes in ladies’ wear. Our current product range is primarily sold in our own stores. The product path reaches from the producer directly to the end-user via direct import. On 30 march 2015, Bijou Brigitte operated 1,069 stores. 57,3% of the stores are located outside of Germany. At the moment there are Bijou Brigitte stores in Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, the Czech Republic, Finland, France, Germany, Great Britain, Greece, Hungary, Italy, Lithuania, the Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Spain, Sweden, Turkey and the USA. Due to the unique shop furnishing and decoration concept, the stores conform visually to the company’s corporate design. The shops impress through their light, pleasant shopping atmosphere, and are modernised at regular intervals. The frequently-changing decoration brings trend items to the forefront, and offers new buying impulses.
The stores are organised around the consumption habits of the customer. They are situated exclusively in top locations. The presentation of the items and the shop design are uniform, specialised customer service is competent and suited to the customer. Store managers with a proven qualification for the job are responsible for the management of the retail shops. In 2008 Bijou Brigitte introduced the new distribution concept Concession Stores to Germany. The display stands, presenting a selection of top articles from the Bijou Brigitte product line, were developed in-house. In the mean time there are more than 400 Concession Stores. In September 2010 the group opened its first international Concession Store in Italy. At the end of 2013 the first Spanish store was established.
